What should I expect during the meet & greet chat?

The Meet & Greet Chat is an informal conversation with our HR Manager. You'll discuss your experience, aspirations, and why deefinity excites you. It's also a chance for you to learn about our culture and ask any questions.

How long do I have to complete the case study challenge?

You have 7 days from the day you receive the challenge to submit your solution.

If I solve the challenge, does it guarantee a next interview?

Your solution will be reviewed by the relevant department. If it meets the requirements, you'll proceed to the next round, which includes a presentation of your challenge solution.

What can I expect from the job proposal conversation?

This meeting is where we discuss the details of the job offer, including salary, benefits, and any other pertinent details. It's an opportunity for you to ask questions and get clarity on your potential future at deefinity.

How can I prepare for the case study challenge?

Focus on understanding the problem, think creatively, and approach the challenge as you would a real-world problem. We're interested in your thought process and how you apply your skills.

When can I expect to hear back after my interview?

We aim to provide feedback within one week of your interview. However, timelines can vary based on the number of candidates and interview stages required for the role.

What if I encounter technical issues during the Teams meeting?

We recommend testing your setup before the meeting. If issues arise, inform the interviewers promptly. We understand that technical problems can occur and will accommodate accordingly.
